FLUTTERBY

Make, Walk, Watch, and Fly

Flutterby is full of Fidget Feet’s unique blend of music, comedy, theatre, contemporary dance and aerial dance. Flutterby weaves craft workshops, the Irish language and Irish dancing into this wonderful story for 4-10 year-olds and their families.

If you enjoyed our other work for children, House! and Strange Feathers. You will thoroughly enjoy Flutterby. In association with Siamsa Tíre and Shortworks Network, Ireland and support from the Arts Council of Ireland.

Learn all about two little caterpillars and their journey to fly as moths and butterflies.

Parent – Siamsa Tire Show

“A magical performance keeping both children and parents immersed in their world full of soothing sounds and dialogs that can be meaningful from 5-50 years old. The actors are so committed to the roles they play it was easy to forget that they were acting and the aerial dance is stunning.”

WHAT IS AERIAL DANCE?

It’s Dance! It’s Creative! It’s flying with style! Combining athleticism & creative expression. While using low-hanging trapeze, aerial silks, spirals, hoops & cocoons. A beautiful art form, while having fun and building strength!
