On the road to Clifden Arts Festival

It’s that time of year again, Clifden Arts Festival, one of the most special and unique cultural events on the Irish arts calendar.

Fidget Feet is delighted to be apart of the festival once again, celebrating it’s 41st year.

This Saturday 15th September we are running family and children aerial workshops in Claddaghduff Hall.

In this workshop for beginners you will learn the basics of aerial cocoon work and introduced to basic climbs, keys and short sequences.

10.00–11.00 – Adult and child (4-8 years), one adult per child
11.00–13.00 – 9-12 years

Cost: €5 per child

Note: Please note that you will be working in bare feet, make sure you are wearing no jewelry, and please have your hair tied back. No shorts or belly tops, tight leggings or tracksuit bottoms only.

Each year, we run daily workshops in local schools to prepare them to take part in the festival’s parade, as well as traveling to local halls and schools to preform our latest shows.

Don’t miss the grand finale on Saturday 22nd as we take to the skies and fly from a crane as part of the famous annual parade, it is not to be missed!
